Privacy

Optional analytics on Palm Beach Ports. The page does not contact Google until you choose Allow.

Before you choose

For most U.S. visitors, privacy-friendly Google Analytics loads by default with a thin notice and Privacy choices in the footer; visitors in the EU/EEA/UK and California see an opt-in choice first. We do not sell personal information or use analytics for advertising. You can change your choice anytime via Your Privacy Choices in the footer, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where Microsoft Clarity is already configured on a site, it follows the same choice.

Reject, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control

Reject saves a denied choice in this browser for 180 days (local storage key site-analytics-consent-v1). A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal forces that denied choice, and Allow cannot override it. Your Privacy Choices in the footer reopens the panel.

After Allow

What is not sent

Form entries, names, email addresses, and phone numbers are not sent to Google Analytics. A click on a phone or email link can be counted as phone or email, without the address or number. A confirmed form can be counted as a form event, without the fields. Campaign source and medium are included only when there is a single value on a reviewed list. Other campaign fields are empty. Raw search queries are not forwarded.

Form entries (name, email, company, message) are sent only when you submit the contact form. They are not mixed into analytics events as leads. A click is never a lead. This site is the Palm Beach Index ports desk. It is not a CRE tenant application and does not map inquiries into warehouse-lease CRM fields.

The rest of the site works the same if you never allow analytics. Questions: /contact/
